The Day-to-Day Responsibilities of an Elderly Carer
- Caring for the elderly by ensuring regular showers, wiping, changing clothes, and maintaining their body cleanliness.
- Helping to prepare and provide meals, feeding them as needed or based on their condition.
- Assisting with tube feeding and suctioning for patients who require these specialized care methods.
- Managing excretion needs, including diaper replacement, and attending to wound care.
- Promoting physical and mental well-being through basic physical therapy and engaging conversations.
- Ensuring a clean and hygienic environment by cleaning the premises, bedrooms, and laundry, including the patient’s clothes.
- Following the doctor’s instructions diligently to safeguard the patient’s overall health.
- Monitoring the patient’s condition regularly and reporting any abnormalities to their relatives immediately.
- Arranging meals in accordance with the hospital’s dietary guidelines to support their nutritional needs.
A Price Rate of Care for the Elderly
- Daily starting at only 1,500 baht per day.
- Monthly fee starts at only 25,000 baht.
Other Service Price Rates
- Nose feeding line replacement service 1,500-2,000
- Urinary tract replacement service or disposable garden 1,500-2,000
- Blood work, 1,200-1,500.
- Intravenous injection/feeding service 1,500-2,000 (according to the doctor’s prescription and must have been taken from the hospital. or clinic only)
- Trauma service 1,000-1,500.
- Training services for the use of various medical equipment are provided 500 per hour.
